I find setting up the day the night before works. And like you said...give yourself some down time as you do it. If I just write out a shopping list...and don't commit the thinking behind it...or the emotions behind them sometimes...it's just a scrap of paper.


I know there's an emotional message to look for if I write the same thing down to to do that I've had written down for two or three days...and didn't do when it should have been easy (at least on the surface).

I also find that learning how to block of negative people is a great skill.

Great post. Hypnosis works through repetition so I have done exercises with people to get rid of those negative thoughts as well as understand where they came from.

If you know how the bomb tics then it's easier to diffuse it!
